Raising Me For the Future is a career & mentorship conference that highlights the successful careers of BIPOC professionals with the intention of inspiring and creating mentorship opportunities for BIPOC high school students.
This event will create an environment in which BIPOC* high school students can connect with and learn from professionals that look like them. Our mission is to spark new inspiration within the students as they explore different schooling and career options, the various avenues to success, and expand their vision of what they can achieved.
Why

Raising Me For the Future proactively combats Occupation and Employment inequities by introducing BIPOC students to new industries and career paths AND connecting them to professionals they can see themselves in.
